The course is subdivided into two specific courses


Aims of course 3 A (crisis communication)

  • Acquire knowledge about the aspects, the dynamics and the evolution of crises and catastrophes.
  • Apply crisis communication instruments and methods.
  • Train in the practice of crisis communication within interviews (television, radio) and edit bulletins.


Aims of course 3 B (specific application)

  • Apply the processes of planning and command in teams/staff during crisis situations,    
    under time pressure and in a destabilising environment.
  • Apply the principles of crisis communications using specific cases from the client's environment.
